For Only Watch 2015, independent watchmaker Kari Voutilainen has created this unique "GMT-6" timepiece featuring an exquisite Grand-Feu enamel dial and an all-new, efficient movement entirely designed, produced, and finished at his workshops. It’s the first watch to use two escape wheels in a configuration that directly impulses the balance wheel, yielding improved longevity and stability.
Fitted with a GMT mechanism that keeps track of two time zones, the white gold, hand-guilloché dial of the GMT-6 is enameled at the center, with a day-night indicator at 6 o'clock illustrated by two enameled appliqués. Impeccably hand-finished throughout, it is housed in a stainless steel case measuring 39 mm. Part of the Only Watch charity auction of 43 unique timepieces taking place on 7 November 2015 in Geneva, it will be sold to raise funds for Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy.
